Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to
support software products in the clinical genetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and define system requirements and oversee software
enhancements through the SDLC
Communicate technical and functional requirements with stakeholders
and create JIRA tickets for the Engineering team
Work with QA to develop test plans, create acceptance criteria, and
coordinate end-user validation
Required Qualifications
Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or
healthcare
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline,
Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of business analysis experience with software
development
Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA
Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational/non-relational
databases
