Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Program Consultant II to
support its Vendor Oversight Compliance Program.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts annual delegation audits of assigned delegates
Reviews vendor contracts to classify vendors as FDR, delegate, or
DHS subcontractor
Creates and monitors corrective action plans related to assigned
delegates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
3+ years of related work experience beyond degree
Understanding of compliance programs and business functions
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to Medicare,
Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans
