Job Description:
A company is looking for a Purchasing Procurement Analyst to
work remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the purchase of merchandise, supplies, and services
while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and
regulations
Maintain records of goods ordered and received, and generate
relevant reports
Administer purchasing policies and assist in training staff on
procurement practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and
PeopleSoft 9.0
Experience with electronic data record-keeping and report
generation
Ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of procurement regulations, including the Georgia
Procurement Manual
Must obtain and maintain the Georgia Certified Purchasing Associate
(GCPA) certification
