A company is looking for a Business Analyst Lead to drive
project success and mentor junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements while collaborating with
stakeholders
Mentor junior analysts and facilitate communication among project
stakeholders
Participate in testing phases and ensure solutions meet business
needs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner using
Agile methodologies
2+ years of direct leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Experience with business process modeling tools and project
management methodologies
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and
agile methodologies
