A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist in
Retirement Services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with service needs and
asset retention
Pursue referral opportunities for new sales through education on
investment options
Participate in outbound campaigns to support Financial Wellness and
Retirement Readiness programs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of retirement plan-based financial services or customer
service experience
Series 6 and Series 63 required
In-depth knowledge of retail and institutional product
offerings
Strong systems and operational knowledge of internal procedures
Extreme customer focus
