A company is looking for a Support Team Associate in

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and maintain detailed records of

Required Qualifications:
Must reside in the State of Georgia
Zendesk experience is required
1+ years of experience in a customer support role
Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or
certifications are a plus
