Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer to enhance their talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Executive Recruiter to align on strategic hiring objectives
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
Track and report on sourcing activities to measure effectiveness and results

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of direct sourcing experience at the VP+ levels
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in Consumer Goods, Digital Game, or Entertainment industries is a plus
Deep knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle, including talent mapping and assessment
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn
