Key Responsibilities
Promote sales solutions and enhance consumer buying experience
through a needs-based approach
Manage large account client relationships and support sales and
marketing for distribution relationships
Implement relationship management strategies to drive customer
engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent
experience
Three years of sales or customer service experience
Understanding of the employee benefits marketplace and related
enrollment methods
Familiarity with the broker/agent distribution channel
Life/Health license preferred
