Job Description:
A company is looking for a Life Underwriter to assess mortality
risk and underwrite insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Appraise and underwrite insurance applications to assess mortality
risk
Provide guidance on underwriting problems and requirements to field
force and home office staff
Analyze and determine risk classification for applications within
approval limits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience (minimum
4 years)
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex
information
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Strong leadership potential and ability to mentor team members
Independent work ethic with minimal supervision required
