Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Data to lead their data team
and ensure data-driven insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee data science work to drive product goals through
experiments and insights
Manage the quality and performance of the data platform, ensuring
accurate data collection and processing
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to support
data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Data Science role, with 7+ years in a
leadership position
Proven experience overseeing a data team in strategy and personnel
management
Hands-on experience with data architecture, statistical modeling,
and A/B/n experimentation
Deep understanding of business priorities and ability to partner
with stakeholders
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a
plus
