Job Description:
A company is looking for a Congress Planner to assist in the
planning and execution of pharmaceutical congresses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage congress participation, including budget and vendor
management
Coordinate logistics for event registration, accommodation, and
exhibit booth development
Evaluate and implement procedures to improve event execution and
effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience or Master's Degree
with three years of experience
Significant experience in congress and event management
Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with event management
technologies
Experience in the biotech or pharmaceuticals industry is
preferred
Certifications such as CTSM or CMP are preferred
