Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Patient Onboarding (Call
Center) to oversee new patient onboarding processes and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of New Patient Coordinators
Implement and enhance patient onboarding systems and protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve patient
experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related
field
Proven experience in a senior call center sales leadership role,
preferably in healthcare
Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer behavior
analysis
Experience in recruiting and managing high-performing call center
teams
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales
analytics tools
