Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist
to join our team at Courtyard Baton Rouge Acadian Centre/LSU Area.
As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for
delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless
check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized
service to our valued guests.Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to
their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest transactions, including check-in, check-out, and
room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of guest issues and concerns, resolving them
promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication
and coordination of guest services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance
skills and knowledge in guest experience and hotel
operations.Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience necessary, but a passion for
delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on
providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended
