Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Privacy to join their
legal team and ensure compliance with global data privacy laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the global privacy and data protection
strategy
Provide legal advice on privacy matters to various internal
teams
Collaborate on compliance programs and assist in incident
management
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited law
school
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one
jurisdiction
Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in privacy and data
protection
Prior in-house experience preferred
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification
preferred
