Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior VBA Developer to automate real
estate financial analysis tasks and report generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Excel Macros/VBA Code for automating financial
analysis tasks
Optimize scripts for data extraction from the Enodo automated
underwriting platform
Perform unit testing and maintain technical documentation for tools
and scripts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8+ years of VBA Development experience
8+ years of experience in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables,
macros)
Experience with real estate or finance companies
Formal education in Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge of other coding languages (Python, C#, Java) is a
plus
