Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager, BPO Vendor
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct co-sourced teams to achieve departmental goals and
service level expectations
Monitor call quality and develop action plans for performance
improvement
Prepare reports and conduct data analysis for client meetings and
presentations
Required Qualifications and Education
3 years of experience managing or working in a leadership capacity
with a co-sourcing vendor (BPO) strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Customer Service/Call Center
experience or equivalent
3 years of experience within healthcare or dental care
preferred
Working knowledge of call center metrics and quality control
processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
