• Certification Details
• Required Certs/Skills: BLS, Telemetry, Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, On unit monitoring, CABG, Chest tubes, Post angiogram, MI, Cardiac Cath, and sheath removal, Port accessing, Blood product administration, Central line, Peripheral line, and PICC line care/management, Starting IVs, Titrate cardiac drips, Titrate vasoactive drips, Isolation precautions, Wound care/management

  • Unit will accommodate 1st timers that have 2 years experience
  • Patient Diagnoses: Chest pain, CAD, PVD, arrhythmias, DM, COPD exacerbation, PNA, HTN, MI, renal failure, PE, CHF, GI bleed, syncope
  • Always potential for med-surg overflow (ex: GI bleed, sepsis, CVA, COVID +)
  • Special Procedures/Unit Details: Pre/post cath lab, PPM/AICD, ablations, vascular surgeries (CEAs, fem-pops), Titration of drips (ex: Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dobutamine, Nitroglycerin, Dopamine, heparin); Sheath pulling at bedside
  • Special Equipment: Telemetry monitoring, Chest Tubes, PCAs, Epidurals, Wound Vacs

      • Unable to guarantee any specific scheduling requests (ex: block scheduling)

        • - Unable to guarantee any specific scheduling requests (ex: block scheduling)
        • Special Equipment: Telemetry monitoring, Chest Tubes, PCAs, Epidurals, Wound Vacs
          • Additional Details
          • Current/valid Driver's License/State ID or government photo ID required. Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document.
          • AHA only. RQI is accepted. Must check Unit Description to determine certifications required. If the UD is blank, please reach out to Program Management team to confirm certifications required.
          • If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
          • Required for the following specialties: Nursing: Cath Lab, CCU, CVICU, Dialysis, Endoscopy/ GI, ER, ICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, SICU, Transplant
