Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in critical, non-critical, and chronically ill conditions.
• Perform various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures, including airway management, ventilator management, and oxygen delivery.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop respiratory care plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
  • RT or RCP License in the state of employment required.
  • BLS required.
