Job Title: LPN Medication Care ManagerAt Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
• Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
• Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
• Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information.Qualifications:
  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
  • Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
