Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Christus Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pulmonary care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a critical, non-critical, and chronically ill setting.Key Responsibilities

• Perform various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop respiratory care plans.
• Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Participate in CAP and JC surveys.
• Function as Shift Leader or serve in the capacity of Team Leader.
• Perform advanced practice skills, including therapeutic gas management and monitoring, pulmonary function testing, and bronchoscopy assist.Requirements
  • RCP License in the state of employment required.
  • BLS required.
  • CRT thru the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred.Work Schedule and Type7PM - 7AMPart Time
