Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Director, Measurement to lead
analytics and measurement strategies in healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop holistic measurement strategies aligned with business
objectives and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective
campaign design and measurement execution
Lead reporting and analysis of program performance to provide
actionable insights for clients
Required Qualifications
Deep knowledge of omnichannel marketing and integrated digital
marketing channels
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience
optimization
Experience with healthcare marketing and health-specific data
regulations
Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Databricks) and
business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams to define
measurement requirements
