Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Service Readiness Manager to
lead change management initiatives within the Global Service
Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various support functions and partners to
implement change management effectively
Assess and communicate the impact of changes to a broad range of
partners
Analyze customer experience and operational metrics to provide
insights and recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer experience environment
Experience managing projects from initiation to completion
Knowledge in commercial, financial services, or regulatory
environments is advantageous
Experience in a global role is preferred; a second language is a
plus
People management experience is an advantage
