Key Responsibilities
Lead the insurance program and manage relationships with brokers
and insurers
Analyze and improve the claims handling process
Develop and implement the overall risk management strategy and
reporting processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in risk management
Experience building a risk management function at a rapidly-scaling
startup
Prior management experience and team-building skills
Bachelor's degree and relevant licenses/qualifications in risk
management
Strong executive presence and decision-making skills
