Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Hardware Engineering
to lead their Hardware team in developing software-enabled cameras
and wearables.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a global team of approximately 30 engineers
across hardware, firmware, and software
Collaborate with product squads and other leaders to deliver
integrated solutions
Drive operational excellence to ensure efficient manufacturing
processes and high-quality product delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 15 years of industry experience in hardware engineering
and product development
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering,
or a related field
Experience managing a team of at least a dozen engineers
Domain knowledge in IoT devices, particularly wearable technology
and camera systems
Strong understanding of electronics design, firmware development,
and manufacturing processes
