Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Compensation -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Drive complex corporate and business segment compensation projects
from design to implementation
Provide analytical support and develop compensation strategies
aligned with organizational objectives
Build relationships with business leaders to ensure effective
compensation solutions and conduct market data analysis
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, Business
Analytics, or related fields
Demonstrated ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and
manage in a matrix environment
Proven leadership consulting skills from assessment through
implementation
Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of compensation
initiatives
Professional certifications such as CCP are preferred
